Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Little-Works (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

• Service status: Little Works is in a test / MVP phase. Features, policies, availability, and your experience may change. We may modify these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
• Your account: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information where requested.
• Content: You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and operate the Service with respect to your content. We may remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our community standards.
• Recipe sales: If you list a recipe for paid access, additional Recipe Seller Terms apply (ownership attestation, what buyers receive, payments, and takedowns). You must agree to those terms in the listing flow before your sale goes live.
• User interactions: The Service may help users connect for work or projects. We are not a party to agreements between users. Disputes, payments, quality of work, and liability arising between users are solely between those users.
• Disclaimer: The Service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties where allowed by law and limit liability as described in our policies, except where prohibited.
• Termination: We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.
