Little-Works

Little-Works grew out of site projects. From documenting real jobs, we started building tools to organize and manage them. While running admin for a painting company — scheduling, follow-ups, estimates — the gap became clear: crews need a simple way to lay out daily plans and hand those plans to the team.

That is where the focus is now — making project scheduling easier for contractors, so planning the work is as strong as showing the finished project.

One reason we pivoted: in our region, many homeowners are older and still struggle with phones. Getting someone to scan a QR code and enter a code took longer than expected, so onboarding still needs work. We are giving that time to improve, while still doing and displaying personal projects. The wedge shifted from selling projects to tools that coordinate projects and workflows.
